Hermosa Land LLC began its adventure sometime in 2007 when one enthusiastic brother convinced his two other brothers and father to take a flier on the up and coming, hipster town, Austin. Fast forward 14 years and that one 15-unit apartment building produced enough benefits that another followed and another until we had developed a nice portfolio with assets in two dynamic markets.

Focusing on the state of Texas, the Terzian boys now have assets in two distinct and growing markets. And it’s been a blast working together, taking trips together, shouting and laughing together. While the financial results have been fantastic, the best return has been what we’ve built together as a hobby (yes three of us have full-time ‘day’ jobs while Papa works part-time for us).

For several years, the entire family resided in Hermosa Beach, CA, a south bay seaside community of 1.4 miles in Los Angeles. It was during this time, Hermosa Land LLC came to life, and the boys began to make Austin a second home. Hence the reason a group of 310 guys saddled up and got to know brisket, pick-ups and the great state of Texas.
